How do I get my method after buying?
Right after checkout you get access to your method, and we send a download link to your email. If you have an account, every method you buy also appears under My methods.
Do download links expire?
No. You can download your methods again at any time from your account or the link in your email.
Which devices can I read methods on?
Any device that can open a standard document: phone, tablet, laptop or e-reader.
I didn't receive my email.
Check your spam folder first. If it isn't there, write to us with the email address you used at checkout and we will resend it.

Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards. More payment options are coming soon.
Which currency are prices in?
All prices are shown in US dollars. Your bank may convert the amount into your local currency.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. An invoice is sent automatically with your order confirmation.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Because methods are digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal ends once the download has started. If a file is broken or not what was described, contact us and we will make it right.
